After Effects CS6 crash error dynamiclinkmanager

Gyazo - 74d9cb70fd2e0505dbaacc34250214d1.png whenever i start up after effects i get this error message. i can not get after effects cc i can only run cs6 and this message pops up. i have tried to find a solution but I can't! Please Help!

After too much time exaktly 18 hrs spending on net. I found the solution that i'ts not the permisions prob but the dynamic link manager it self so deam easy here is the solution ...... Download the dynamiclinkmanager.exe or getit from another pc and copy/paste to (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS6\Support Files\32) your welcome and chys

Somewhere along the line After Effects just deletes the Dynamiclinkmanager file... It'll be fine one week, then the next gone!

What, exact, version number of AE are you using?

What OS?

What problems have you experienced? What fixes have you tried?
