Hello there,
I'm a student and received a free license to the Creative Cloud to use the adobe software on my computer. Unfortunately, it got stolen. I deactivate the product from adobe ID, the problem is that when I tried to install it again on my new computer I wouldn't be able to use the redemption code I originally received because it was previously used. And I couldn't get a new one because I could only get it once.
Any of you know how could request another redemption code to be able to install the software on my new computer?

You use a redemption code to validate your Adobe account
Go to https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products on the top bar
-then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs and serial numbers
