Ask the creator on the YouTube channel. There is no way on this planet Earth that amongst millions of templates anyone can know them all and tell you the name and vendor just by looking at a sample video.

I do not think that is a template. There are several techniques some of which involve tracking and all that require animating layer transformations.

I werr doing that project I would rehearse and shoot the background shot then I would cut it up into individual comps for each sect and then put the whole thing back together in a NLE. In my personal opinion it would be crazy to do the whole piece in one composition.

There's nothing in there that takes more than an intermediate level skills with AE.
