Hello, I keep having a problem for when I upload a sound to a layer that I can't turn it into a stream, start, or stop sound type. I can only turn it into an event sound type.

There isn't such a thing as Adobe Animate CS6, but if it is any version of Adobe Animate it sounds like you are using an HTML5 Canvas FLA. Those can only do Event audio. You would want an ActionScript 3.0 FLA to be able to select Stream for the sound sync.

There was Flash Professional CS6, so thanks for letting me know it is Animate you're using.
