Hi all, I have exported the files with my set of variables. However, the file became blank when I am viewing it in the folder. But I am able to view it when I click it to photoshop or change the file to jpg. Could anyone help?

Did you save alpha channels with the files (see the Channels Panel)?

yes I did. Usually it works but it is not working today.
If you remove the additional channels do the files display as expected in the Folder?
