Unknown Error 237 when importing any video

I'm geting this error trying to import any video into lightroom. I've tried different types of video, from different cameras, using different codecs...and can't figure this out.

Has anyone else had this?

Are the video files you are trying to import saved on your Dropbox drive? Try moving them to your harddrive and let us know if that helps.
