As another Lr user and NOT a tech expert, might I suggest you tell us the exact version number of Lightroom you have running.

From the top line in {Menu > Help > System Info}

Your screen clip of the log might indicate you have v6.0 (and not the CC version) and so mobile sync is not available to you in a 'standalone' version of Lr.
