Help please - "Edit In" options grayed out

Since the latest updates to PS 2017 and today's LR update, I have all of the options in Edit_In grayed out.

I don't see any change i can make in settings or anywhere else to fix this.

It may be totally irrelevant  but I was one of the sorry should who lost the ability to print with PS for a while due to the Adobe/Sierra conflict.

That problem seems gone while this new one is just as bad...

any thoughts appreciated,

Hi SausalitoDog,

Have you tried checking is on any other image in Lightroom because if the image is missing from the library panel and you are looking to edit the image in Photoshop, then you don't get that options.
