copying an image

Hi,

In Ps, when I copy my image in a new document size A4, my image appears really small. Any idea of what I am doing wrong?

Be sure that the image resolutions are the same in both. Sounds like you are trying to copy a 72 dpi image into a 200-300dpi image.

Thanks for your help.

However when  I check the size of the image I want to move,  it shows 600ppi.

I still don't see where I am missing something.

Check both images to be sure they are at the same dpi as well as be sure that you are viewing each art the same zoom level. Its very possible that the image you are copying is physically smaller in size but viewing at a more zoomed in view.
