Lightroom doesn't recognise my iphone?

Apologies for posting this again but I've yet to receive a response.

Lightroom doesn't recognise my iphone6 on launch.

I've changed ports and tried rebooting but still no luck.

iTunes recognises my phone, so not sure why Lightroom doesn't?
