Problems Getting Colour Suggestions To Assets Library From Color Wheel

Hi There,

I am trying to get my color matches from the adobe color wheel to my library in Muse. When I attempt to save the colors to library, it says I "do not have access to this service" even though I am signed into adobe?

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. I have used this before many times, and never ad a problem.

Is this a problem in all applications or just in Muse? The first thing to try would be to quit any open Adobe apps, then log out of Creative Cloud desktop and close it. Relaunch the desktop app and sign back in.
