I have Adobe Acrobat DC installed on my PC (version 2015.006.30033)

I am opening a PDF from a web based Document Management System. When I do this, the PDF opens within the browser (IE11).

However, when I open a PDF in my browser I don't automatically get the "Export PDF" tool.

I only get Comment, Fill & Sign, Send for Signature and Send & Track (as shown below)

However, if I download the PDF and open it directly in Acrobat, I have the "Export PDF" tool and others.

I'd like to be able to export the PDF directly from the browser page.

Do I need to change something within IE or Acrobat to get the Export PDF tool to display within the browser?

Thanks

Hi,

Do you have both Acrobat And Reader installed on your machine?

Please open regedit on your machine and let us know the value at: "HKCR\Software\Adobe\Acrobat\Exe"

Regards,

Poorvi

Thanks for the information.

Please change the key value to: "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe"

Let us know if that works for you.

Poorvi

The Export PDF tool is now displayed on the IE webpage.

However, this is the online export PDF tool.

I'm looking for the adobe acrobat inbuilt Export PDF function (shown below) to display.

[Apologies I've caused confusion as my screenshot on the initial question shows Adobe Reader... I meant to show Acrobat]

Thanks Bernd,

I'd like to utilize the Adobe Acrobat Export PDF tool (shown above) within the IE browser. But it looks like you are correct, It is not possible to get the Acrobat Export PDF tool to display in this fashion.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks Poorvi

I'd like to utilize the Adobe Acrobat Export PDF tool within the IE browser (not the reader Export PDF tool).

But it looks like it is not possible to get the Acrobat Export PDF tool to display in this fashion.
