Hello everyone ! I want to make a picture where there is a book that shines light in a dark room(We already have a picture of someone holding a book.)and lights his face up.Anyone help ?

As a very quick start you could do this..

Various filters and custom layers could then be added to improve the image and add godrays etc.

This image was quickly taken from google for example/illustrative purposes only. I don't know what image you are using.

Well there is a number of ways to do this but the quickest way would be to use some adjustment layers and layer masks. I'll make a second post with some starting suggestions...
