From the Keyboard Shortcuts which you can find under the Help menu:

Ctrl/Cmnd + right arrow or left arrow to move one frame at a time. Add the shift key to move 10 frames at a time.

If you have a numeric keypad then you can use the page up and page down keys as well.

The inför is right there if you look for it or use the Search Help option in AE.
