Camera raw is displaying solid colors

Hello

I am using Photoshop CC 2017. Whenever I open any image in camera raw, it turns it to solid colors. Any effects can be made in camera raw but the display remains the same.

In the Camera RAW preferences turn off the option to use the GPU.
