Can't purchase plans DUE to country restriction

hello,

i wish to purchase the adobe premiere pro PLAN, but when i do a message stating "purchase unavailable, this product isn't available in your country

or region (gibraltar).

is it impossible for me ?

Based on the page linked below you might be able to get single app subscriptions...
