I have the latest update (today). Restarted computer and still get this message. Have a new camera (Nikon D5) and this is the first time I've used it. Opens RAW images from my Nikon D800 no problem. What else do I need to do?

Cameras supported by Camera Raw

CS6 is only compatible with Camera Raw up to version 9.1.1

The D800 was first supported in Camera Raw 7.1 so you can open those Raw files in CS6.

The Nikon D5 was first supported in Camera Raw 9.5 so there's no way of opening those Raw files in CS6.

You have a couple of options:

  1. Join the Cloud and open the Raw files in Photoshop CC, or
  2. Free option: download the Adobe DNG converter, batch convert all D5 Raw files to DNG format then edit the DNG files (not the Raw files)
