devnagari( Hindi , Marathi) font not displayed properly - creates spaces

Please help, very very urgent for me, It has worked before but I forgot what I have done,

These font works correctly in Illustrator, Premiere pro but when it comes to after effect , it creates unwanted spaces and text gets wrongly displayed.

Using Latest version of AE - on mac

AE is a little more sensitive to fonts than a lot of other apps. If you delete the fonts and re-install them or get a new copy from another source your problem may go away. If that doesn't help and If you reset the character panel and then change to the problem font and still have problems you may have to set the type in Illustrator and convert it to outlines.

I'll assume "it's not working" refers to AE.  Make the text in Illustrator.
