I recently had my membership auto-renew and I'm trying to cancel it within the 14 day cancellation period but the cancel function isn't working. When I click "Cancel" in my account settings, a popup appears that says something like "Tell us your reason for cancelling:" with nothing underneath it and the button that says "Continue to cancel" doesn't work. When I go to find customer support, it says my option is to "Live chat" with someone but, if I click on it, nothing happens. I can't find a phone number to call anywhere and am so frustrated. I can't help but feel like this is a total scam.
