photoshop cc 2017 - launching problem

each time that I try to open photoshop cc 2017 it doesn't work the first time.

I always need to end the task and try again before it works!?

how to solve it?

but it didn't work

i deleted my PSP file....but the problem is the same

i always need to restart photoshop after my first launching ....very weird

try a clean install:

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
