Issue Syncing Photos To LR Mobile

Lightroom syncing seems to have stalled for a few of my images (not sure how to tell which ones), new images that I add to synced collections are fine and sync within minutes, however it has been 'syncing 5 photos' for a week now. 

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot this issue?

Hi HPAPhotography,

In order to resolve this issue, we need to check which file(s) is not syncing. Ensure that you are not syncing videos because they sometimes do not sync properly.

The best way to check is to log in to Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and check the collections for black video files with exclamation marks( they could be images too!), then you can eliminate those files and let us know if that helps.

Thanks for your help, going into Lightroom on the web and deleting the black images fixed the issue.  Thanks again!
