Hi,
We had to replace a machine that had the trial running on and when we installed Creative Cloud on the new machine we could not install Photoshop as it is not licensed for 2017 but for Photoshop CC 2015.
How can we get the new machine to install the original Photoshop???
Please help.

Hi
This makes no sense.
You either have a CC subscription which gives you a licence to use both the current CC2017 and the older versions (e.g. CC2015) or you do not have a subscription in which case you do not have a licence for either.
If you do have a CC subscription install the CC desktop app and then, from that app, install whichever version of Photoshop you choose to use

You can have them both installed at the same time, so just uninstall CC and carry on using CS5. If CS5 is not installed, then install it exactly the same as you did originally.
Did you deactivate it before you last uninstalled it?

These are the stages I get and go through.
Creative Cloud installed fine on the new machine but did not install any Photoshop products.

That is indicating that you don't have a current subscription for that ID.
If you go into manage account (click the cogwheel in the desktop app - then choose from the menu) what do you see. It should show you your plans and products.
If you are paying for a subscription and it is not shown in your account could it be under a different ID?

It shows the following:

Hi
I removed the screenshot as it showed personal details.
It did show that you have a Creative Cloud for teams account. You will need to contact Adobe to resolve this - they will have access to your account. This is a user to user forum and the steps you were taking looked correct. Use the Customer Support Link in your screenshot in post #5.
