Conversion options does not show up

CAn't figure out why pdf attachments sent to me by email to not show up with the conversion option. There is no security on the files

Hi Geoffrey,

Could you please confirm if you are referring to the "Convert to" options provided under Export PDF tool.

Is this happens only with the PDF attachments? Try to open other PDFs and check if you get the options there.

Also, confirm if you are using Adobe Reader application or exporting PDF online.

If you are referring to something else, please let us know.

It will be helpful if you can share the screenshot for the same.

To attach a screenshot you can use the insert image option provided on the reply window.

Check the screenshot of the icon below:

Once you click on this icon, browse for the image file and click on insert image below.
