Black screen Windows 10

Hello! I just installed photoshop and when I open it, there is a black screen that does not let me see anything under the options. I can't select the options, they are not activated. I tried to do everything but I can't fix it. The pc is new, drivers of graphic card are updated

Hi asda,

Does it help if you disable the "Start workspace" fro Preferences>General by unchecking "Show start workspace when no documents are open"  and then restart Photoshop?

Please try and reset Photoshop preferences back to default and check if that helps.

Also, look for the updated driver for GPU on the manufactures website.
