Indesign won't open

I've been working in Indesign and photoshop all week on a big portfolio. Now Indesign won't open through the creative cloud. I went to the file and tried to open it directly from there, and it still won't open. It tries, but every time it closes. I've restarted my computer and everything.

Please follow the step to clear preference and cache

• InDesign Preference:

Windows: C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign\<Version #>\<Language>\

Macintosh: Hard Drive/Users/<USER>/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/<Version #>/<Language>

• InDesign Cache:

Windows: C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign\<Version #>\<Language>\Caches\

Macintosh: Hard Drive/Users/<USER>/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign/<Version #>/
