Adobe XD Design to prototype

Hello,

I just installed Adobe XD on Windows 10, but I have some problems.

When I go from "Design" to "Prototype" I can't select on any items, or make connection between them, and when I come back on "Design", I can not edit my file, how to remedy it?

I know this is like so cliche, but can you try quiting and restarting the app? Do you have the same problem on the second launch? Hopefully your back on your feet.

Yes on the second launch i can edit my file, but I still can not go in "Prototype" at the risk of everything crash.

Just to clarify: are you on Mac or Windows? Are you on a localized operating system? And did you happen to get a crash log? Getting one would help us triage what is going on for you and try to fix the problem.

Sorry for the delay.

I'm on both Mac and Windows, but my problem is on Windows (on my laptop).

When i go to prototype my screen freezes.

(On Mac i don't have any problems)

Does this happen with a new file, or does it only happen with a specific file?
