The forum translator struggled with your post, and it is difficult to understand your question.  I'm guessing that you are talking about the local adjustment brush in Camera RAW which uses the shortcut 'K' and is indicated with the black arrow in the screen shot below.

If the brush is not functioning as you expect it to, check the settings at the bottom (highlighted in red) especially the Flow and Density.

If I am not interpreting your question correctly, the more information you provide in your post, the better the chance the translator will make sense of it.
