而目前，平板电脑，手写笔，等也很多，

例如：Surface pro4,

而PC如：HPZ1，Surface Studio

没有键盘，没有鼠标，右键和快捷键都无法使用。

为此希望能在时间轴上增加常用按钮。

you could create a panel that has those buttons (using jsfl) but i don't think you can add those buttons to the location you indicated.
