All panels sometimes go black when opening LR window in fullscreen (Mac)

When I expand the LR window to fullscreen this happens. When I 'un-expand' the window again, these the issue persists.
The panels come back up if i minimize the window completely and reopen it. This is very frustrating and has been going on for a while now.

As johnrellis said, It's an official bug logged in 2015.7/8 and continue in 2015.9. Our engineering team working on this issue closing to fix it asap. In the meantime, you can try the available workaround. refer: Lightroom UI panels appearing black on macOS
