When I try to start Photoshop CC 2017 in my PC (Win 10) I get message: Validating software licenseā€¦

And this happens again and again.

I tested my Adobe ID account and it is in good condition. All other applications will work, including the Adobe Creative Cloud.

I can also log in to my Adobe Account.

I also uninstall and reinstall Photoshop, but it did not help.

What should I do now?
