Hi there, quick question:

I am currently on the newest version of Lightroom CC, but the "Dehaze" function does not appear, it is simply not here at all. What could be the reason for this? Has anyone similar issues or an explanation for this problem?

I attached a screenshot (I did not connect the hard drive the photos are located on, that's why everything is greyed out) (German version) where you can see that the slider is missing.

Thanks in advance!

For some reason the Creative Cloud Application Manager is not picking up the updates.  The version number that you posted as part of one of your responses  is for Lightroom CC 2015.0. The fact that the one screen is referencing Camera Raw 9.0 Is also a clue because if you were up to date it would be indicating Camera Raw 9.9. You may have to reinstall the Creative Cloud Application Manager. But in any event, your installation is NOT up to date.

Just to clarify, the screen you posted indicated CC

Hab gerade neu Installiert - keine Besserung in Sicht.

"Lightroom" -> "Über Lightroom" bringt folgendes Fenster:

und "Hilfe" -> "Systeminformationen" folgendes:

Hab allerdings nie was in die Richtung eingestellt. Photoshop zeigt mir z. B. die Version 2017.0.1 an.

You have to be using Process 2012. If the image you are viewing is using 2010 or earlier the DeHaze option doesn't appear.

It is Process 2012, switching to 2010 and then back to 2012 doesn't make any difference...

That's what mine reads, and that's what yours should read if it was up to date. You have the initial installation of Lightroom CC 2015. The dehaze filter wasn't introduced until CC 2015.1. You have got to update in order to have all the features..

Its as JimHess advises. The latest version is LR CC 2015.9 / LR 6.9.

Hint commencing LR CC 2015.0 / LR 6.0 the installer was the full installation (file is over 700mb) all the other updates are "patches to update the original installation. (they are all just over 200mb.

So if you uninstall the version of LR CC 2015 you have on your computer you will have to re-install the original application and then run the update. There is absolutely no need to uninstall the existing application before running the update.
