Insert Date Here Selection Button? How to??

I have just switched to InDesign, instead of Publisher, which I must have used for 20 years...  for all my forms, and machine labels... for my business.

I am creating an interactive pdf form... where I want a button:  which when you click it, it will allow the manager, using the form; to select the proper date for deliveries that week... from a popup calendar of the current month... and if the wrong month, be able to scroll to the next month and select.  Sort of like we do in Google Sheets for selecting the date?

Thanks in advance for any help, as I cannot find anything relative to this?

i don't know about form fields generated by indesign, but date fields in current versions of Acrobat DC behave like that. Do you have access to acrobat too? it's kind of essential for forms.

I agree with "dougofakkad". Most people who create interactive PDF forms need to do part of their work in Acrobat Pro. InDesign only provides the basics for form fields. Much refinement may need to be done in Acrobat Pro.
