Steve Grisetti Mar 27, 2017 5:23 AM (in response to Alverna44)When you say you "move all of your software" you mean that you installed this software onto your new computer. And you logged off as well as uninstalled the program from your older machine(s), right?
Go to Adobe.com and click on Manage Account. Log into your Adobe account.
Click the Plans & Products tab and then click on View Your Products.
How many logins does it list for your program?

Alverna44 Apr 1, 2017 1:33 AM (in response to Steve Grisetti)Hi Steve.
Sorry for the delay in responding, I've been away.
I've been onto Adobe and although the purchas record is listed I was told they no longer supported this version 14. I purchased it in December 2015. It has been removed from the old machine and copied over to the new iMac. Would it be better to un install from the new machine and then re install?
Thanks for your help.
Mike

Yes. That is the only way to do it properly.
Also, use the Adobe Cleaner Tool, too (yes, it works for Premiere Elements):
Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
