Dear All
I have created an Indesign document containing sounds, videos, animations etc now I wants this InDesign document to run automatically through USB.
What steps should I follow to convert my InDesign doc in autorun file which runs automatically on insertion of USB.
Sorry my English is not so good, hope you understand what I need.
Thanks in advance

I guess OP meant "USB flash drive"...
To the OP: I suggest you do some Googling about "Autorun.inf". Here's a link you that seems to match your request: Tutorial: How to auto run flash presentations and flash-based CD menus?

Does this help?
AUTORUN.INF - What Is It and How to Autorun DOC, HTML, PDF, PPT or Create Autorun Menu?
[autorun] shellexecute=Sample.doc
If you use shellexecute to autorun documents you can not ensure that user will have the appropriate software to read your document on their computers. There is no way to check if, for example, DOC file can be opened.
Another problem is that you can not start more than one document on CD insertion.
I could imagine making an interactive pdf and open it with autorun. But I dont know which Windows what does with an unassociated file-type. But I assume Win7+ will bring an native PDF viewer…

What format of Indesign doc can be converted into autorun file

I dont know – Autorun.inf is a plain text file. Since its intended to start installers and programs for window-users, you can use it to throw a website or any doc, like PDF. This would be a way.
But maybe your target PC has InD installed, you could throw the .indd directly.
