Can't see typography shortcuts

I'm looking for a way to see the shortcuts we've assigned to different types/text in Indesign. My colleagues can see them on the panel (see pic) and it works on my computer, in so far as I get the right type when I hit the keys, but I don't see the text (e g Alt+Num 2). And it's a nuisance because I don't know all our shortcuts by heart…

I know that it's something with the settings on my computer, because my colleauges and I have opened the same document, where they can see shortcuts and I can't. We have the same version of Indesign CC, 2017.0. The problem started a few weeks ago, up until then I saw the shortcuts.

You might try deleting preferences:
