Error:16 unable to open photoshop & illustrator

Hi administrator,

My pc faced the problem "ERROR:16" & is unable to open both Photoshop & Illustrator software,

there's a box asking to uninstall & reinstall the product,

but I cannot find the software in my office at the moment(since our office have moved twice)

I only got a license no. here, what can I do?
