loupe view video not playing

Videos (mp4) on the grid view play when moving over them with the mouse. When I open them in Loupe View, the fist frame is shown, but when I double-click to play, I hear the sound while the image still shows th first frame. When I stop the video, the view jumps to the actual frame at that moment. Happened on my previous PC which I replaced by a new, more powerful model. The problem is the same.

I suspect that the problem lies with Windows 10 Build 15025. I would like to know if anybody else has made the same experience.

Hi Ben,

May I know which version of Lightroom are you using?

Could you please try updating your graphics drivers from the manufacturer's website
