adobe after effects CC 2017.1 has stopped working

Everytime i try to open adobe after effects or premiere pro it says the program has stopped working.

I tried the troubleshooting that adobe has explained, such as reinstalling the program or reinstalling adobe creative cloud but the same error occurs.

Other programs like indesign and illustrator work perfectly.

someone who knows what to do?
