Photoshop CC 2017 doesn't work anymore...

Hey there,

I'm using the Photoshop + Lightroom Bundle. When I first got it, Photoshop did not start. Via the Chat somebody helped me out - I had to delete a certain file from the Program folder. About a month later I have the same problem again. I don't really know which file it is and I have to finish a work till monday. When I start the program it says: "Adobe Photshop CC 2017 funktioniert nicht mehr." - like: isn't working anymore.

Somebody knows what may be the problem?

I would appreciate your help.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

I would suggest you un-install , reboot and reinstall the program.

Does it create a crash report?

Go to control panel/administrative tools/event viewer/windows logs/application

find the PS crash report. select it.

on the right select "copy as text" and post the report here.
