Animation within character?

Hi, is it possible to add an animation (separate from the animations from the program) within the character somehow? My character is made from a scan of a watercolour + ink drawing, and I would like the lines to 'wobble' by having two different frames for each element of the character, so it looks like it's being redrawn. I can't see how a psd would be able to contain an animation like this (other than a timeline, but that doesn't work), but I thought I'd ask. Thank you.

The Wiggler behavior only works on Illustrator-based puppets at this time, but it's something we've discussed for Photoshop-based artwork, too. Please file a feature request on our Ideas portal: http://www.adobe.com/go/ch_wish

Thanks.
