Does will after effects cc run better on a new macbook pro with the Intel Iris Graphics 6100 or the older one with the GeForce GT 650M?

After Effects doesn't use the GPU for much.

However, for the things it does use the GPU for, you will want an NVIDIA card or an AMD card and not one of the Intel pretend cards.
