I am saving a hyperlinked Adobe PDF(*.pdf) as a PDF/A(*.pdf). After the save all of the hyperlinks are moved from the original position or stripped all together.

Can a linked .pdf be saved as a PDF/A file without alteration of the links?

PDF/A is an archiving standard as you. So,
