Vertical slideshow with image snap widget

I am trying to create a landing page in muse, like this wordpress template.

But I cannot figure out how to create the full-screen vertical slide show which triggers on mouse scroll,

and also how to make the images snap to the top edge of the browser ?

Is this possible in Muse, or are there any widgets that I could use ?
