Exporting aecap results in project panel re-organizing open folders

Once I export a aecap in after effects, the application saves, and with that changes what folders I have open in the project panel. Annoying when exporting several files, and having to reopen folders each time.

That does sound really annoying. Does it open random folders too or does it just close all of them?
