I try to import files from my cameras. I get the message:

Import Results The following files were not imported because they could not read (607)

Object 1-100 etc.

What's wrong?

How can this be corrected?

99% of the time this "cannot read" message means that your destination folder does not have READ and WRITE access.

In the Import dialog, open the Destinations panel and verify that it is point where you want it to.

Using Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer, verify that your destination folder and its parent folder have both READ and WRITE access for your user account.
