External Editing to PSCC Not Working Since Update?

I just updated PSCC and LRCC.  When I right-click on a photo in LR to edit in PSCC 2017, it now opens my Photoshop Elements 11!!!!  This has never happened before.  Help please.

Thank you for your reply.  Happily, the problem was solved by restarting my computer for a second time.  I had restarted after updating, but it was the second restart that somehow fixed the issue.
