Installation Failed ..

Hello .. I wanted to try Animate CC 2017 in Creative Cloud .. Unfortunately it failed,then it suggested to download and install some microsoft updates "April 2014 update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (2919355)" which I did (I have windows 8.1 laptop) and i tried to install it but it said that "this update is not for this computer".What do I need to do now?Thanks in advance!
