I bought Photoshop Elements 15 and Premiere Elements 15 separately and have both installed. But I can't open the photo editor in either programs. Is this because I have bougt these programs separately instead of together, or is there any other explanation?

Photoshop Elements is the photo editor.

Premiere Elements is the video editor.

What operating system?

Where did you download it from?

How did you install it?

How are you trying to open it?

Buying them separately should not be an issue. As long as both PSE and PRE are installed, you should be able to launch both the applications from each of the Welcome Screen. Please let us know the questions asked by Peru. Those will help us narrow down the issue.

Hi.

OS: Win 10 Enterprise

Downloaded from adobe after purchase.

Installed from the downloaded file from adobe.

Tried to open photo editor by clicking the symbol on the welcome screen.

I reinstalled Photoshop Elements and it seems that have fixed the problem and I can now open Photo Editor.

I will consider this issue as fixed for the time being.

Thanks for your responses.
