Premiere CC: Work Area Bar

In CS6 inside the timeline,  there is a solid gray bar with gold tabs at each end under the timecode which establishes the work area, which is useful if you want to determine the length of a section of the timeline or if you want to export a particular area of your sequence.   On Prem CC, there is a transparent gray bar over the timecode area with a gold tab just on the left side.  I can't find a way to reach the right side tab, and in fact don't know if there is a right side tab.  Is this the new normal or are my settings wrong?   Is there another way to establish the work area?

Yes, it is the new normal.

But if you want a workarea bar, all you have to do is click your heels three times and.... oops, that is something else.

All you have to do is ask! The flyout menu has what you want.
