When I start an Adobe App it takes a while so in the meantime I read my mail. But the Adobe App starting up keeps popping up. So I have to click back to my mail. Then the Adobe app decides to popup again and again until it's boooring startup process is done. Clicking back to my mail results in Adobe wanting the full attention while starting up. Why is this such a dominant process? It is very very annoying.

Using windows 10.

Same problem here, I really hate that, not just from Adobe but also from other programs, except that other programs I have used stop after you minimize the window the first time BUT photoshop keeps doing it and doing it and doing it!!!!  Is a really bad user experience specially when I'm typing important information in the office!
